Joe Biden should never have been elected. He may not have been. That will be debated for the next few years, assuming that the United States actually survives the next few months and is able to undo the anti-American policies implemented by the Biden-Pelosi-Schumer geriatric triumvirate.
Under pressure from a combined but unlikely cohort of far-left socialists and communists (the Sanders and AOC Squad), the Democrat leadership has caved. The Party’s very survival now depends on a forgetful American public. The current crop of shiny things will be government-funded Abortion-on-Demand, Gun Control, and Trump Derangement. The complicit media organizations will repeat their combined identical talking points in an attempt to distract the American voter from reality. But the public will not buy it this time. Most Americans are feeling the REAL effects of ballooning Inflation, the out-of-control Southern Border, illegal Drugs, rising Energy Costs, rising Healthcare costs, rampant Crime, a perverted Justice System, an anti-American public educational curriculum and declining International prestige.
The Heartland is weary of the old Divider-in-Chief, Barack Obama and his Legacy team that are still implementing their destructive policies. They weren’t elected but they are still resident and doing damage. But the Republican senior leadership is also unworthy. The problem is, and continues to be, political professionalism. That has to change. Of course, we all understand there has to be some time in office to learn the ropes and gain some semblance of political effectiveness. But perhaps 20 plus continuous years in public service should be enough. Somehow, the worst performers hang around the longest—and get very rich on the public dime. Joe Biden is one of those. But in truth, his longevity in office has only one source.
Biden’s 50 years of incompetency is the fault of the citizens of Delaware. Delaware was the first state to ratify the Constitution of the United States. That was on December 7, 1787 and it was by a unanimous vote of 30 - 0. Time for the people of Delaware to renew their vow to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. But, unfortunately, the damage is done and may be irreparable. Hope not.

Perceptive analysis. We are reminded of a quote from from Marx (Groucho, not Karl): "Politics is the art of looking for trouble, finding it everywhere, diagnosing it incorrectly and applying the wrong remedies. "
The damage has been done. Its' scars will be felt by our greatgrandchildren. I have limited confidence in the American voter.
