PREFACE
The American Revolution began in earnest on July 4, 1776 with the announcement of our Declaration of Independence. It is not over. The struggle for life, liberty and creative pursuit of happiness goes on, and will go on for as long as our human nature remains as it is, because the darker side of human nature seeks to dominate, where some people wish for and plan to do as they please with other people and the product of other people’s labor, where some seek to enslave, harm or murder their fellow man. The struggle for our God-given unalienable human rights is the ongoing struggle for human value and dignity.
We seek protection from criminals who would do us harm, but what about criminal government? Our Founding Fathers overthrew King George III, his authoritarian Royal court, and his grand military force. Our grandfathers overthrew murdering totalitarian German Fascism and Japanese Imperialism, and our fathers overthrew murdering totalitarian International Communism. We are now in the early stages of confronting the evil of totalitarian Islamic Sharia Government and mass murdering Islamic Jihad. So all should be well now on the home front, but it’s not. The urge to dominate the American people remains, arising not just from overseas but from within, taking an emerging hybrid form of the afore-mentioned types of un-American government. We must put a stop to it before the would-be Statist Philosopher Kings become entrenched and omnipotent, because at that point our labor and our lives become cheap in their eyes, as we have seen in the bloody trail of history.
Restoration of the American mind will ultimately require restoring the American Declaration of Independence to its proper place as our Supreme Unamendable Moral Law, added by amendment to the United States Constitution. All of man's secular laws, including our Constitution, are subject to corruption and gradual transition into tyranny since secular law can be perverted (via the "Living Constitution") in such a way as to violate the unalienable God-given Natural rights of the individual. Willful violation of Constitutional Law is the basis of political treason, but violation of Declarational Law, especially by a perverted Constitution, is the definition of tyranny. Our Constitution must be pinned down by more than the opinion of five judges, or even by the will of the American majority; in order to avoid tyranny our Constitution must fall into compliance with the Law of Nature and Nature's God. In order to preserve the blessings of life, liberty and creative pursuit of happiness, for ourselves and for future generations, our Declaration of Independence must be acknowledged by the American People, and by all levels of American government, to be supreme over the Constitution.
"Let us re-adopt the Declaration of Independence, and with it, the practices, and policy, which harmonize with it. Let all Americans — let all lovers of liberty everywhere — join in the great and good work. If we do this, we shall not only have saved the Union; but we shall have so saved it, as to make, and to keep it, forever worthy of the saving." Abraham Lincoln
